Construction Packages:
Preliminary Construction Plan
This can include location of possible landing zones, pullsites, laydown yards and access roads; estimated time frame needed to complete the work with headcount of frontline workers needed, clearance plans, and/or list of vehicles and equipment likely needed
These will help aid the project and dependency team(s) in progressing the engineering/estimating design, filing for permits, starting environmental reviews, sourcing long lead time material/equipment, establishing the headcount needed to accomplish the work, and/or beginning talks with operators and engineers about a clearance plan
When the job design is between 0% and 20% complete SRE will start the project planning and design. Any necessary edits or changes from the project team can be made by SRE to the preliminary construction plan during the process to help the job design achieve 50% or 60% complete.
Final Construction Plan
Landing zones, pullsites, and access road locations are finalized by what can be forecasted by weather conditions and equipment needed
Location or day schedule is created with a description of headcount, material, tools and vehicles needed
Clearance plan is finalized with feedback from operations in order to be submitted and approved
SRE can take the job design that’s between 60% and 100% complete and create a final construction plan. This is done by gathering any and all information for the project (it can be with a SRE Preliminary Construction Plan or something similar from the customer) to do a total review of the project. With feedback from the project team, preliminary construction plans are finalized with extra details to become the Final Construction Plan.
The Final Construction Plan will guide the construction crews to success with tools such as a KMZ usable on mobile devices to show work locations and access roads, and a schedule that will tell them where to be, what to bring and what tasks need to be accomplished for every day of the project.
Construction Execution
SRE can be available throughout the construction phase of the project for efficient and effective changes/updates to the construction plan (it can be SRE’s Final Construction Plan or others). SRE will advise on all current and potential safety hazards.
Sagging Packages:
Preliminary Sagging Plan
Identify possible techniques and locations for sagging
SRE can take a job design (typically around 60% complete) or preliminary construction plan and create a Preliminary Sagging Plan
Final Sagging Plan
Create the final specs and plan for the proper execution of the wire sagging.
Sagging Execution
Supervise sagging operations to ensure and guarantee accuracy.
